Epiphany Catholic Church

We expanded their existing sanctuary by one third and created a whole new architectural appearance, while maintaining all church activities.

Project Description

Expanding their existing sanctuary by one third and creating a whole new architectural appearance, while maintaining all church activities, creates just the kind of challenging project that Hall is known for. Hall's creative use of project phasing and job site logistics met the owners need for a smooth ongoing operation while allowing major construction to occur.

Hall's experienced field personnel contributed greatly to a perfectly seamless blend of the new addition with previous additions and the original structure. Special construction features included laminated wood beams and decking, structural laminated wood repair, complicated roof structures and tie-in to existing building. Extra special attentions to tricky roofing detail were required to insure long-term quality.

Interior finishes included a seamless addition to existing stonework, custom concrete and stone baptismal font and a floor to ceiling oak wood cross set in stained glass.

Construction Services

Clients usually select a Construction Manager (CM) shortly after the selection of the Project Architect.

Clients who desire a single source of responsibility for their project delivery prefer Design/Build. Hall Construction has completed many Design/Build projects.
