Vince Carter Sanctuary

These brand new world class live-in facilities are designed and built for the purpose of serving clients with substance abuse issues.

Project Description

The Sanctuary is composed of three buildings: a central community center and two surrounding towers, each with 50 patient beds. The facilities are designed by the renowned Ginn Resort Development team, and the architectural firm of Glover, Smith, and Bode (GSB) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Professors and medical students from the University of Florida's McKnight Brain Institute are also on-site conducting research on the effects drug addiction has on mental capacities. The extraordinary services, professional staff, and exceptional buildings make the Vince Carter Sanctuary the finest substance abuse treatment facility in the world today.

“The foundation's staff advises me that you have gone above and beyond the norm in working with us...improving the quality of the project, and bringing its cost well below the originally projected budget...Again, many thanks for the extraordinary competence and cooperativeness you brought to this project.”
Peter B. Heebner
Chairman of the Stewart Marchman Act Foundation

Construction Services

Clients usually select a Construction Manager (CM) shortly after the selection of the Project Architect.

Clients who desire a single source of responsibility for their project delivery prefer Design/Build. Hall Construction has completed many Design/Build projects.

There are three (3) general approaches typically used by Clients when selecting a General Contractor (GC). Click the link below to learn more.
