Project Description

Teamed with various architects our preconstruction services included options analysis, design review, budget estimating, grant application estimating, value engineering, scheduling, wetlands preservation and flood control, and constructability analysis.

Special features include critical air quality and humidity control, display lighting and fixtures. Special site work construction involved wetland preservation, excavation of unsuitable soils, and rock and soil stabilization.
